The Lumber Mill is run by Dirk the Lumberjack. The mill is the place where you can refine raw wood into usable building upgrade materials.
The Lumber Mill unlocks at Class Level Ten. It will cost 1500 
to buy from the buildings tab in your store. You will need 50 wood and 30 stone to construct the building.
